Addl Notes: Dish machine at bar measured less than 50ppm chlorine sanitization. Machine must measure between 50-100ppm for proper sanitization. Machine was ran and tested several times and sanitizer bottle was full. PIC contacted machine repair person and will utilize three compartment sink for sanitization if needed. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
