Observed employee with a loose ponytail and bandage on finger, packaging ready to eat food, without finger cot or glove. Loose hair must be in single braid, bun or hair restraint. An impermeable cover such as a bandage, finger cot or finger stall located on the wrist, hand or finger of a food employee working with exposed food shall be covered with a single-use glove. Person in charge had employee put their hair in a bun, wash hands, and double glove hand. No finger cots available and placed on order. Employee to continue to double glove as needed when handling foods and drinks until finger cots are received. 2-401.13 - Core: Use of Bandages, Finger Cots, or Finger Stalls Addl Notes: Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and Clean

Ice machine leaking, causing pooled water on floor. Person in charge stated a work order was placed and will be serviced soon. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
