Addl Notes: Observed facility using quat sanitizer for 3-compartment sink and sanitizer buckets without test strips. Per PIC the facility does not have any test strips as of time of inspection, but will be receiving some on next delivery. Educated PIC that test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 10/6/26.
