To prevent contamination from splash at hand sink, all food and food contact surfaces must be stored with a distance of 12 inches or have a splash guard installed.     Observed open outdoor dumpster with open lid. Bags of soiled linens open on ground around outdoor refuse area. Grease trap lid also open. Person in charge closed dumpster and grease trap and get staff to stored soiled linens in a closed compartment. All refuse areas should be clean and closed to prevent pests. 5-501.115 - Core: Maintaining Refuse Areas and Enclosures Addl Notes: Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
