Addl Notes: Observed no hand soap at the hand wash station at the front by the drive thru window. Discussed with PIC Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

  4-901.11 - Core: Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required Addl Notes: Observed third pans stored away as clean without thoroughly air drying. Discussed with PIC All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. PIC unstacked wet dishes to allow air drying at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discussed with PIC all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
