PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.12 (A) - Priority: Prohibiting a Cross Connection; Drinking Lines Addl Notes: Observed line connected to chemical dispenser directly downstream from AVB. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed connection at time of inspection, instructed to have disconnected when not in use and to install separate line upstream. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
