  4-101.11 (B-E) - Core: Characteristics- Multiuse; Durable, Nonabsorbent, Smooth, Easily Cleanable Addl Notes: Observed white appliance ice chest by the front pick up area with deep pitted dents on the lid, broken gaskets and heavy ice buildup due to unit not closing properly. Discussed with PIC all equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair or replace with Commercial Grade NSF freezer equipment prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection
