Addl Notes: Observed bottle brushes inside basin of hand washing sink next to 3 comp. Informed PIC that hand washing sinks must not be used for other purposes than handwashing, and must be maintained so accessible at all times. Bottle brushes were removed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
