Addl Notes: Observed food debris/organic matter on fruit slicer while stored as clean. Person in charge relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Reviewed with person in charge working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. All chemicals were relabeled and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
