6-202.11 - Core: Light Bulbs, Protective Shielding Addl Notes: -- Observed multiple ceiling light bulbs exposed without protective shield or guard at main food assembly/prep station. To protect food and equipment from contamination, light bulbs must be shielded, coated, or otherwise shatter-resistant in areas where there is exposed food, clean equipment, utensils, or linens, or where unwrapped single-service/single-use articles are stored. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Addl Notes: -- At indoor play area, no hand sanitizer available in automatic dispenser. There were also no sanitized hand wipes available for use in self-service wipe stand.
