4-501.11 (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. ware washing machine Unit was being serviced at time onsite. Observed final rinse temperature of high temp ware washing machine at 144F after being serviced. Unit was converted to sanitizer by facility staff and contractor at time of inspection. Observed no sanitizer applied to items by unit after being converted.
