4-501.11 (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. The refrigeration unit where sandwiches and yogurt parfaits are stored is not operating properly. The locking mechanism for temperature safety is not working. The PIC stated that the unit will be swapped out for a fully functional one by Wednesday.
