6-201.16 (B) Except in areas used only for dry storage, concrete, porous blocks, or bricks used for indoor wall construction shall be finished and SEALED to provide a SMOOTH, nonabsorbent, EASILY CLEANABLE surface. The wall finish behind the 3-compartment sink, drying rack and hand sink in the dining area is textured stucco, which is neither smooth nor water resistant. Note that there are marks on the wall behind the drying rack indicative of clean items come into contact with it.
