The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (D) Eliminating harborage conditions. Live roach activity found under beverage dispenser at the floor drain and around the trash cans in the customer service area. The floors and doors of the trash can area have sticky residue and debris accumulating on them.
