Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, and display
3-305.11 (A) Except as specified in (B) and (C) of this section, FOOD shall be protected from contamination by storing the FOOD: (1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. A Needs Improvement reinspection was conducted to follow-up on the walk-in that was not producing an ambient temperature of 41F degrees or below. The refrigeration was able to be serviced and fixed but in doing so it created some condensation coming from the vent where cold air was circulating from. This caused water to drop to the shelving directly underneath. The dripping was starting to splash the boxes stored underneath the vent.
