  4-302.14 A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided. Observed no test strips at facility for the sanitizer used. PIC shall obtain test strips by next inspection to accurately measure sanitizer concentration. The test strips shall also have signage to compare the test strip's color. Correct by next inspection.
