Observed the facility not having a food thermometer to use in order to accurately measure temperature if the cold holding foods at the facility.

6-501.12 (A) PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Throughout the store floors Observed thick lines of heavy dust/debris/residue accumulation in different isles of the store. PIC states they are currently going through a remodel for the store floor.
