5-205.11 (B) A HANDWASHING SINK may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Handsink adjacent fryers When attempting to wash hands using the handsink adjacent to the fryers on the cook line, observed large commercial can of pineapple stored in the handsink basin. The can had been opened and appeared to have been drained into the handsink basin (observed open side down and mostly free of pineapple juice/syrup).
