4-102.11 Materials that are used to make SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES: (B) Shall be: (1) Safe, and Facility Observed employee scooping ice from within a black poly garbage bag that was being stored inside a large bin within the walk in cooler. When asked, employee stated the ice machine was broken and they were using this method to store ice temporarily. Later spoke with shift lead about the situation; stated the ice machine was being worked on and should be fixed before the following opening shift. Observed the bags being stored in a protected manner.
