  4-302.14 A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in MG/L of SANITIZING solutions shall be provided. Facility When asked if facility has test kit for the sanitizer used on site (wall mounted chemical dispenser at 3 comp sink), PIC provided a test kit for Ecolab "Sink and Surface Sanitizer". Using this test kit with the Sunburst brand sanitizer resulted in a 0 ppm measurement. The Sunburst chemical used is a quaternary based sanitizer. Inspector used quat test kit and measured as adequate.

The water flows along the left edge of the basin/sink guard and drips onto the floor. Observed accumulation of water mineral deposits along this edge.
