6-501.114 The PREMISES shall be free of: (A) Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment such as EQUIPMENT that is nonfunctional or no longer used; and Rear exterior Observed area between back door of kitchen and gate to exterior grounds/back lot to be storing many items (furniture, equipment, tools, etc.) appearing to not be in use. PIC stated many of the items are from recently closed sister locations and facility has not yet had time to remove them.
