6-501.11 PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair. The wall and cove base around the floor drain in the back room re damaged. The wall covering has separated from the wall and a large section of the curb has cracked off. Not resolved. The covering material is not secured to the wall around the floor drain in the janitor's area and the curb is cracked. Before the next routine inspection, make repairs to these areas as they are subject to moisture on a daily basis. Seal/ Repair as needed.
