After running the machine, tested residual chlorine sanitizer at 0 ppm. Allowed the machine to run a few more times since it had not yet been in use for the day; retested each time at 0 ppm. Later during the inspection, observed the main dish machine in the kitchen to also not be in use, however PIC was asked to start the machine so it could be tested for adequate sanitizer. When PIC stated the machine was ready to be tested, residual chlorine sanitizer was measured at 0 ppm. In both instances, PIC led inspector to chemical storage area to see if another container could be connected and tested. The chemical storage area is located outdoors on a rack exposed to direct sunlight; labels on the chlorine sanitizer containers state "store in a cool dry location avoiding direct sunlight".
