The PIC stated that a call has been made for repair/service. Currently, coleslaw in the unit is at 41F. Thermostat for middle walk in cooler was reading 50F. All TCS foods were moved to left walk in cooler and small reach in refrigerator. Repair walk in refrigerator within 10 days. Do Not store TCS foods in this unit until it can hold foods at or below 41F. This is a repeat violation.
