Observed the internal temperature of packaged hard boiled eggs in the mini reach-in refrigerator to be 44F. The PIC stated that they had been placed in this refrigerator for over a week in a cardboard box that limited the circulation of the cold air. The ambient temperature of this refrigerator was 36.2F
