Rear exit door No change from previous inspection. Observed there is still a gap between the door and ground. Instructed Person in Charge to file a work order to have the doorsweep repaired/replaced within the next 30 days. This is the second time this deficiency has been observed. Four violations of the same good retail practices within six routine or re-inspections may result in a Probationary status.
