Knives Observed a series of knives that contained a colored surface on the blades. The colored surface showed signs of being chipped and scrapped off, which could potentially be getting in the food.

  6-201.16 (B) Except in areas used only for dry storage, concrete, porous blocks, or bricks used for indoor wall construction shall be finished and SEALED to provide a SMOOTH, nonabsorbent, EASILY CLEANABLE surface. Walls Observed that parts of the wall leading into the dry storage area had paint/plaster that was chipped and peeling, the baseboard was coming detached from the wall, and the metal corner piece of the wall was exposed.
