6-501.12 (A) PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Pieces big enough to be identified as ceiling tile were observed on the floor in front of the buffet line and on a table and bench in the customer seating area. The PIC stated that ceiling tiles were replaced earlier in the day.
