4-501.11 (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. Dish machine Observed the dish machine was inoperable at the time of the inspection. Person in Charge stated the machine is broken and does not work. PIC stated facility uses the three compartment sink to wash/rinse/sanitize dishes and utensils.
