5-202.11 (B) A PLUMBING FIXTURE such as a HANDWASHING SINK, toilet, or urinal shall be EASILY CLEANABLE. There is significant mineral build-up on the spigot of the hand sink toward the back of the house. The faucet is corroded and no longer cleanable in the dish pit. Observed calcium residue on faucets of 3 compartment sink and handwashing sink near walk in freezer. surfaces shall be maintained free from accumulations of residue. Violation shall be corrected within 30 days. This facility has received a repeat violation of a Good Retail Practice item. Four violations of the same Good Retail Practice (GRP) within 6 routine or follow up inspections, may result in a probationary status due to a pattern of non compliance as outlined in PCC 8.08.060(B)(2).
