5-205.15 A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be: (B) Maintained in good repair. Dish machine, Handwash sink adjacent dish machine Observed water collecting on the floor beneath the high temperature dish machine; water was observed dripping from the lower front right corner of the machine while it was running. Observed handsink hanging away from the wall causing the basin to be at an angle that does not allow water to drain properly; water collects in the front portion of the basin.
