4-501.11 (A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. Small island open air retail cooler Using a MIN/MAX thermometer for 10 minutes, observed ambient air temperature of this cooler unit to reach a minimum of 50F. Unit only contained a few salad kits in one half and was empty in the other half. PIC indicated items hadn't been in the unit very long.
