PCC 8.08.030 D4. 4. Reports: A commissary must submit reports to the department disclosing the names, addresses and operating license numbers of all mobile food establishments using the commissary in accordance with the following schedule: a. Monthly and annually at the time of permit renewal for the commissary; b. Within ten business days after a commissary adds or removes a mobile food establishment; and c. Upon request by the department. Facility shall make and begin to send tenant list to mobile team supervisor by e-mail. Mobile team supervisor email is brenda.katterman@pima.gov. Tenant lists shall be sent monthly. This facility has received a repeat violation of a Good Retail Practice item. Four violations of the same Good Retail Practice (GRP) within 6 routine or follow up inspections, may result in a probationary status due to a pattern of non compliance as outlined in PCC 8.08.060(B)(2).
