4-601.11 (B) The FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of cooking EQUIPMENT and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. OPEN TOP REACHIN ON COOKLINE and FROST ACCUMULATION INSIDE OF HAMBURGER PATTY FREEZER Observed ice buildup and food residue inside hamburger freezer. Observed food debris and residue inside reach in freezer near fryer, and sections of floor inside walk in freezer. Surfaces shall be maintained free from accumulations of debris, residue, and ice buildups. Violation shall be corrected within 30 days. This facility has received a repeat violation of a Good Retail Practice item. Four violations of the same Good Retail Practice (GRP) within 6 routine or follow up inspections, may result in a probationary status due to a pattern of non compliance as outlined in PCC 8.08.060(B)(2).
