Food-contact surfaces: cleaned and sanitized
4-702.11 UTENSILS and FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be SANITIZED before use after cleaning. Facility Observed reusable plastic pitchers in the 1 door reach in cooler within the lobby office area. PIC stated the prepackaged milk (observed next to the pitchers) is added to them for service hours. When asked if the pitchers are cleaned and sanitized at a certain frequency, and if there was a 3 compartment sink to evaluate, PIC stated they do not get cleaned and they do not have a 3 compartment sink. After progressing through the inspection, revisited this question where PIC expanded stating there is a 3 comp sink but they felt they did not have to use it due to selling/offering prepackaged goods.
