2-301.14 FOOD EMPLOYEES shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms as specified under § 2-301.12 immediately before engaging in FOOD preparation including working with exposed FOOD, clean EQUIPMENT and UTENSILS, and unwrapped SINGLESERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES and: (E) After handling soiled EQUIPMENT or UTENSILS; Dish wash area Observed employee washing dishes make trips to gather soiled dishes and place clean dishes in their storage locations throughout kitchen. Did not observe any handwashing occurring between these tasks. Employee also noted to handle some of the dishes/equipment with bare hands in contact with the food and/or lip contact portions of the equipment.
