  6-303.11 The light intensity shall be: (B) At least 215 lux (20 foot candles): (1) At a surface where FOOD is provided for CONSUMER self-service such as buffets and salad bars or where fresh produce or PACKAGED FOODS are sold or offered for consumption, (2) Inside EQUIPMENT such as reach-in and under-counter refrigerators; and (3) At a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor in areas used for handwashing, WAREWASHING, and EQUIPMENT and UTENSIL storage, and in toilet rooms; and Observed light at 5 lux at serving area handwashing sink. Observed light at cookline handwashing sink at 21 lux. Light shall be increased to minimum of 215 lux/ 20 foot candles. Violation shall be corrected by next routine inspection. This facility has received a repeat violation of a Good Retail Practice item. Four violations of the same Good Retail Practice (GRP) within 6 routine or follow up inspections, may result in a probationary status due to a pattern of non compliance as outlined in PCC 8.08.060(B)(2).

Violation shall be corrected by next routine inspection. This facility has received a repeat violation of a Good Retail Practice item.
