Addl Notes: Observed interior of ice machine accumulating reddish organic material along the ice shield. In addition, observed establishment storing ice scoop inside ice bucket stored on the ground. The establishment shall clean the interior of the ice machine at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of organic matter and prevent the contamination of ice. In addition, the establishment shall store the ice scoop and ice bucket in a sanitary manner off the ground. The staff removed the scoop and bucket to wash, rinse, and sanitize prior to storing elsewhere. Instructed staff to wash, rinse, and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
