During the inspection observed the establishment has installed a table with three heated lamps to hot hold food. Observed cooked onions under net the heat lamps. - From follow-up inspection 2026-07-30: During the callback inspection on 7/30/26, observed operator has the handwashing to install. The measurements are incorrect. Operator will discuss with the owner submitting plans of the current layout. The approved plans have two hand washing sinks.
