Conducted routine inspection of facility today. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. A physical re-inspection will occur on or after 11/24/2025 to follow up on out of compliance items. Long Term Corrective Action: Item #16: Facility owner agreed to add the interior of their large ice machine to a monthly cleaning checklist to ensure that the deflector shield is being cleaned and sanitized on a consistent basis to prevent the build up of soil to sight or touch. Item #22: Facility owner agreed to provide retraining to line cook staff regarding proper cold holding temperatures of TCS food products at 41*F or below and checking these temperatures by looking at both the interior thermometer and by taking internal temperatures of food products using a thin tip probe thermometer on a consistent basis. Follow-up will be completed on or after 11/29/2025 by Physical Recheck.
