    --Observation:Employee was seen cracking raw eggs then observed filling the order with sun sigh eggs then grabbing the hot dogs with same gloves without washing her hands before finishing up breakfast order. Corrected by: Employee was asked to discard the order and made fresh one while she was asked to wash hands immediately.

    --Observation:Hand washing sings at #H Chili and Starbucks sink were blocked by sanitizer bucket & paper towel at coffee shop department. Discussed with the person in charge to make sure the hands everywhere are not blocked during the operation hours. This is a repeat violation.
