Routine inspection conducted in reference to a non-illness complaint. Complainant stated concerns in regards to pest issues. Manager was not aware of the complaint. Manager did confirm that there had been a sighting and that the Professional Pest Provider was called out right away and is working with them on the issue. Complaint verified. Manager stated that it might have entered through the patio doors. No gaps were noted at the patio doors or the receiving doors. Most recent pest inspection attached.
