OBSERVED FACILITY REPLACED MOP SINK WITH NEW SINK NEXT TO SPEED RACK WITHOUT SPLASH GUARD. INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL SPLASH GUARDs ON BOTH SIDES OF SINK TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.
