Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed equipment blocking handwashing sink next to ice machine. Person in charge moved equipment at time of inspection.

Floors/walls/ceilings not smooth & easily cleanable; and/or Utility lines unnecessarily exposed

Observed moved ceiling tiles throughout kitchen.

Upon acceptance of the permit issued by the regulatory authority, the permit holder in order to retain the permit shall: Post the permit in a location in the food establishment that is conspicuous to Consumers; Mount permanent business name to the outside of the establishment in a conspicuous location

Observed permit to not be hung up at a place that is conspicuous to customers. Person in charge hung up permit t bar area at time of inspection.
