Cooking & Baking Equipment - The food-contact surfaces of cooking and baking equipment are not cleaned at least every 24 hours and/or the cavities and door seals of microwave ovens are not cleaned at least every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure.

Observed food build up inside microwave back line area. Person in charge asked employee to clean it at time of inspection.

Observed gray build up inside ice machine ceiling chute and ice leveler. and back wall. Person in charge cleaned at time of inspection.

In-use utensils not properly stored between uses

Observed scoop handle touching sugar in sugar bin. person in charge moved scoop handle up at time of inspection.

Food is not stored as required by the Food Code

Observed box on floor inside freezer. person in charge moved box 6 inches of floor at time of inspection.
