  Observed the handwashing sink next to the two chemical dish machines to have several items stored in the basins. The person in charge removed the items.

  Observed no hand cleanser available at the bar handwashing sink. The person in charge provided soap.

  Hot Water and Chemical - After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils are not sanitized in accordance with the Food Code.

  Observed the concentration of the chemical dish machine on the left side of the kitchen by itself at 0ppm. Person in charge primed the machine to be between 50-100ppm.
