Observed build up in basin of hand sink closest to back exit of kitchen area.

Using a Handwashing Sink - A handwashing sink is not maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use; is being used for purposes other than handwashing or is not being used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions

Observed 2 rags and 1 spray bottle hanging over side of hand sink in ware wash area. Person in charge removed at time of inspection.

Common Name, Working Containers - Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies are not clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed spray bottle resting over side of hand sink in ware wash area to not have common name label. Person in charge provided label at time of inspection.
