Package Integrity - Food packages were not in good condition and did not appear to protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants.

Observed the following items stored on shelves throughout the establishment to be dented/ in disrepair: La Costena refried black beans (1), La Costena Chipotle peppers (1), Goya tomato sauce (1), Crema de Mariscos (1), Fairhill cream style corn (1), la costena pickled sliced carrots (1). All items were removed from the shelf at the time of inspection, along with Nestle Media Crema (1), Wendy's no bean chili (1), and Portside chunk light tuna in oil (1).

RTE TCS, Disposition - Ready-to-Eat, Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food was not discarded in accordance with the Food Code.

Observed the following food items held past it's expiration date: Prime Fresh smoked ham 8/12-8/13/26 (9), and Corn beef brisket 8/19/26 (3.) All items were removed from the shelf at the time of inspection. (Corrected on site)
