  Observed a missing ceiling tile above the ice machine where utility lines are exposed.

  Observed there to be no trash receptacle at the hand sink by the three compartment sink. Person in charge provided a trash can.

  Observed a mop stored inside the mop sink by the employee restroom. Person in charge inverted the mop to properly air dry.

  Observed dust build-up on the ceiling vents/ tiles through out the kitchen.

  Observed single use cups being reused as scoops for two containers of coffee beans above the blenders. Person in charge discarded the cups and replaced them with scoops with handles.
