Observed grilled chicken in a pan on top of make table at room temperature (see temp log). Person in charge placed chicken inside low boy at time of inspection.

Observed single-service boxes stored on the floor near reach in freezer. Observed single-service boxes stored in the floor downstairs near dry storage rack.

Observed unsealed wood shelf holding single-service to-go containers next to right make table.

Observed grease build up at hood vents.

Cloths used for wiping are used for other purposes; Wet wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer; Wet & dry cloths not stored clean

Observed cloths used for wiping stored on top of prep and make tables in kitchen.

Separation, Packaging & Segregation - Food was not protected from cross contamination according to the Food Code.

Observed eggs above ready to eat items inside kitchen walk in cooler. Person in charge moved eggs to bottom shelf at time of inspection.

Food Contact Clean to Sight and Touch - Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils was not clean to sight and touch.

Observed used prepping bowl stored on shelf on top of clean plates in kitchen. Person in charge placed bowl and plates inside wear washing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at time of inspection.

Plumbing system not designed, constructed & installed according to law; Plumbing fixtures not easily cleanable.

Observed drain plugs for 3 compartment sink unable to hold water. Person in charge provided new drain plugs at time of inspection.
